Face Off

Kenzie makes a lot of faces when they are alert. They are like shooting stars and you have to keep a camera on them at all times to make sure you don't miss one. They range from coordinated efforts where it seems like she is actually responding/having a cognizant thought to every part of her face moving independently similar to the way Uncle Mark or Uncle Joe dance.

Sometimes you can tell she is not amused. Like if the bink falls out of her mouth into an odd place and we don't immediately put it back in.

You find this humorous? Don't screw with me - I will scream.

Her smiles are the most elusive as they only happen in the mid stage between awake and asleep. This was an attempt to capture with no success.

She shows great concern with a hint of fear when you put her in the car seat.

Tell me Mom isn't driving, right?

She can be gross like when she raises her leg to fart.

Or very focused when she is trying to sit up like a big girl.

I don't know where Kenz gets a lot of her faces. But I am sure this one comes from the Malloy gene.
